Send Us the Prescription
Your clinic can send the prescription directly to CarePlus using our approved prescription submission options.
Once received, our team will review the prescription and contact the clinic or customer if any additional information is required.

Can’t Find the Formulation?
Send us an enquiry with the required medicine, strength, dosage form and relevant formulation requirements.
