CarePlus Compounding Pharmacy aims to have all orders prepared and sent within 48 business hours after an order is made and confirmed.

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. stock unavailability) this may be extended. In such instances, we will contact you to advise of the delay.

CarePlus Compounding Pharmacy takes no responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by any acts or omissions of our carriers. We take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to products that occurs during shipping.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure all of our customers are well looked after.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We will re-prepare any damaged or defective items at no charge. Please phone us on 02 4656 4888 or email us on info@carepluscompounding.com.au.

Compounded medicines and Cosmetics

Due to NSW Health Regulations, prescription items, compounded medicines and cosmetics cannot be returned for refund.

Cancellation of Orders

As all products are prepared individually, we cannot issue a refund for cancellation after an order has been submitted and accepted.
